Good Salary, work that changes and stays interesting. Get to work with college students, fun atmosphere. Management all the way to the top that is interested in your needs and will listen and make changes to assist you. Also a very friendly, cooperative, professional atmosphere. Good work/life balance. Excellent free lunch everyday is a nice perk too :)
