      Pros

      The ability to work with top notch industry tools and learn about the many possibilities of different print substrates and printing presses. Large format, digital, and offset presses are onsite, as well as, cutting plotters, die cutters, and saddle stitchers. You can learn how to use any of these things if you ask and are willing to learn.

      Cons

      The biggest issues are rooted from key players in management stubbornly maintaining the status quo. Pessimism frequently defeats innovative ideas right away from key players in leadership. These key leaders are also MIA when major client projects are on press and unresponsive to direct reports. Sales struggles to keep up in the print industry, where return on investment (ROI) is a requirement, which requires innovation.
