Flexible hours, Professional environment, Strong leadership, Helpful staff, Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner during shift, cleanliness was important, shift rotations, constant camera monitoring
Cons
The only con I can say is that the clientele was older and have been coming there for many years so they had servers they preferred to go to leaving the new servers with opened tables when they could be full.
