Pros
Small work environment, easy people to work with. The 'family' like environment relieves a lot of work related stresses. Productivity is key, but getting along with co-workers is more key. There's always hot coffee or tea, and things are generally pretty relaxed.
Cons
almost too much work available, makes it hard to get time off.
