In my experience, Therapy Partners Group (TPG) embodies a shift in the right direction from industry standard expectations as far as outpatient orthopedics. Management is VERY open to having conversations about struggles as well as hopes and dreams and they have always given me realistic feedback and expectations which has fostered a strong relationship between us. Caseload expectations are among the best I've seen in outpatient and is very easy to achieve while offering lots of incentives to meet and exceed.

TPG really tries their hardest to listen to their employees and allows them to grow the direction they want. TPG has added several clinical pathways to continue therapist education and promote growth for the employee. Mentorships and residencies are available. There is clear communication of what therapists are expected to see with patient volume and anything above this is rewarded. Directors strive for a healthy and happy work environment. Benefits are good and HR listens to ideas for ways to add benefits or adjust them to help save money if possible. There is lots of communication in the company about what is expected with the ideology to be the best we can be every day.
