      Pros

      I have worked at Think for over 14 years and have always felt welcome to bring my opinions and ideas to senior management. They encourage entrepreneurial spirit and have an open door policy. The company never stands still, and is always looking for the next exciting opportunity to flourish. I have enjoyed being part of it's stead growth throughout the years, and I have progressed my own career with their support.

      Cons

      Recently, since the pandemic has kept us all WFH, it has been difficult to connect with my colleagues and teams. That is changing now and there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
