I will preface this by saying that I am a new Thinker. I’ve only been with the company since the end of November. However…from the first contact I had with the recruiter, I’ve been treated with the utmost respect and support. I could tell they really valued me and that was not something I was getting at my previous place of employment. Everyone I have worked with so far has been kind and gone out of their way to help me learn. People genuinely do want to see you succeed and help you learn, but they’re also encouraging in making sure you don’t get overwhelmed with too much at once. Their training and onboarding process for new IDs is AMAZING! Management is flexible with your working hours, and has open communication. Benefits are pretty great too.
