Working at ThinkCERCA means being part of something new. The company has grown exponentially over the past few years, which means we're constantly learning new things about how best to support educators while also improving our workflows and processes. This evolution makes it exciting to be a part of the team!

You get to work for an awesome CEO, unlimited PTO is actually unlimited, and the team is awesome to work with. They truly want to help school leaders, teachers, and students succeed.

Cons

None, other than not getting to spend much time in person with your coworkers, but that's not the company's fault.
