      Pros

      The people are what makes this place top tier. Talented, fun, not too serious but get sh*t done. Work life balance respected and encouraged. You also get to jump into cross-departmental work and partner with a variety of clients, so things never feel stale.

      Cons

      Growing fast which can be difficult for some people to adjust to. Demanding clients.

      The talent here is truly amazing and I'm genuinely in awe of how smart, creative, and passionate the team is. It feels like there's nothing we can't do. I've had the opportunity to work on so many different brands and so many different types of projects across a number of different industries. You really do learn a lot and the experience you get is so valuable.

      Cons

      The company experienced significant growth in the past couple of years, which brought about some growing pains (process, operations etc). However, the opportunities available far outweigh the challenges associated with the growth phase.

      Pros

      I came to Thinkingbox by way of a merger and my talents were immediately noticed. I was able to grow my career quickly and found a place that allowed me to take advantage of my strengths and build a stronger team. We have been able to grow our business with direct brands and it's been rewarding to do so. While growth comes with its own challenges and no company is perfect my time here has created a unique learning experience and a great opportunity for me to advance my career.

      Cons

      Connecting with teammates across offices can be tricky and the growth mentality can make it tricky to keep priorities straight.
