A tight niche company that has employees the work for company for a long time

Pros
The best reason is because they let you do your job and don't micromanage you. You come in do your job and go home
Cons
The only real challenge that I have is the payroll. We are suppose to get paid on 1st and 20th but you maybe sighing your time sheet on the 1st which is Friday and not get paid til the following Tuesday. So it's sometime hard to budget your personal life

In general it was pleasant but management lacked skills in dealing with employee issues.

Pros
Dealership shows signs of providing a safe working environment. Dealership provides plenty of employee parking. Management acknowledges employee birthdays. Employees have a lunch room and locker area with lavatory.
Cons
lacked good pay for lower employees. Benefits are lack luster which is typical of most businesses of this type. Work is out doors which in this climate is unpleasant to say the least. Employee lunch area and locker and lavatory areas are poorly maintained. Equipment is old and dirty.
