Lots of training, interesting varied work, plenty of overtime and stay away work, different sites regularly
Cons
Can be long hours, working in all weather conditions

Pros
- Lots of variety everyday is different and you are always learning new skills - Training & Qualifications, plenty of opportunity to up skill - Quality tools, machines and vehicles - Overtime pay - Great bunch of people to work with - Working away allowance
Cons
- Some working away which is standard in the industry(Nice accommodation is provided though which makes this much better)
