      - Great Benefits - They promote from within - Good guidance and patience from both peers and upper management. - Lots of educational resources My experience at WCG ThreeWire has been nothing short of amazing. They really listen to your goals and dreams and help you achieve them, they offer great benefits, good salary, opportunities for advancement, and overall a great job with great people.

      Cons

      Worked as a contractor prior to becoming a permanent full-time employee -The only con I can think of as a contractor is that hours are not guaranteed, but this is just standard like it would be for just about any other work contract. It is still an amazing opportunity whether you do a contract or become a permanent employee.

      I’ve been working at ThreeWire for just over 5 years. I can honestly say that I cannot imagine being at any other company. My time here has felt nothing short of remarkable. My role allows me to work closely across our operations teams and I can attest that they are some of the brightest and best minds in the industry. The ThreeWire company leaders foster a culture built on collaboration, supporting the team, and overcoming challenge.

      I think one of the most challenging factors that people encounter in this role is the level of analytical capability it requires. Our company is molded upon serving one of the largest industries in the world by idenyifying and solving operational challenges. If you’re looking for a role where you can log on, do your work anonymously, and count on the same tasks day in and day out… this isn’t it. You will encounter many operational challenges in your role and you will be given the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the resolution of those challenges. For those that are seeking a position that stretches their skills, creates visibility, and allows them growth into new roles, this company is unparalleled.
