      The team culture is excellent, the managers aren't overbearing, and a remote work setting is always a plus.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, honestly. The pace is fast sometimes but that comes with territory. Everyone makes a collective effort to get the job done.

      It is a smaller company and you opinion does matter. The SLT team have a progression plan for employees and they stick with the follow ups and opportunities.

      Cons

      Smaller company which means it may take a bit longer to move up but on the other hand the visibility of how the company is going provides a greater sense of job security.

      - Open communication from CEO to mangers down to everyone else. - Everyone, including senior leadership genuinely cares about each other. - Easy to suggest new ideas, products, services or changes to existing procedures and the company is willing to listen and try out anything if it is believed to make our work and lives easier.

      Cons

      - Positions for career growth are more limited than other places with more employees.
