Pros
The patients are good people and it can be rewarding helping them.
Cons
They lied to me to get me in the door. They promised a sign on bonus I did not receive. They promised licensing supervision and did not follow through. They do not train you- they just throw you into the deep end on your first day and do not answer questions when you ask them. The owner is being investigated for insurance fraud and theft. The company has lost 30 counselors in the past year. The place is going down- don’t believe a word they tell you. RUN.
