Pros

Great team to work with, great benefits, good opportunities in call center and on-site.

Cons

As a CSR you will be working in a call center and occasionally have to deal with irate/unreasonable folks who call in.

Pros

Ticket Alternative thrives on a collaborative environment where it seems like everyone has a voice! The upper management listens to everyones ideas and makes everything a team effort. We're constantly acknowledged and rewarded for our hard work. I'm lucky to spend my time here.

Pros

TA/Freshix has a laid back work environment. The owners actually listen to employee feeback and have made changes accordingly. There is a great sense of teamwork across all departments.

Cons

You will have to be willing wear a few different hats. That just comes with the small business territory.
