Users say... "If you need someone in complex situations no one is available to clarify doubts and later they blame you for not reaching targets, they'll ask you to blindly follow internal knowledge base system which is highly disorganised and messy, 6 months probation on contract but they'll ask you to leave voluntarily before that if your progress is 'slow', if you don't leave they threaten you with termination even though you've not violated any company rules and still got time to improve, they expect you to achieve 100% 1 month after a 3 week training, unrealistic expectations from management, no PIP's to help employees achieve their goals, TL will tell you verbally to work hard but won't help you to achieve those goals practically, managers always busy in meetings and no proper downtime for you to attend those meetings, biased management, tenured HYD L2 agents who act as back up, behave like they are company owners" "Senior management are driven solely by revenue."
