      Co workers and leadership extremely helpful and friendly. Never feel pushed too hard.

      Cons

      If anything higher pay, but that's normal everywhere.

      Pros

      Management and teams treat everyone pretty well. Much better than anywhere else I've worked. They care about us and make sure not to over work us.

      Been there long enough to say I haven't run into any serious cons.

      Pros

      Great working environment. Great people. Management is transparent with the employees, and treat them with respect. As long as you don't abuse the system, you don't need to take time off to go to appointments, obligations, etc.

      Cons

      Health insurance is very expensive here, and the pay isn't very competitive.
