Great Onboarding and Team Culture

Pros

Recruitment through to onboarding is well thought, well communicated and the people team walk walk with you through the process. Tiko has a great team culture, as far as I can see this starts from the top.

Cons

Tiko moves at a very fast pace and while the intention to support is definitely there, the speed of execution means you often have to take ownership and figure things out independently. Support isn’t always immediately accessible unless you actively seek it out.
