Pros
Tilly is filled with hard-working, intelligent people with integrity and positive intent. The company is working to solve real problems and address the imbalances that exist within the field of ABA. The vast majority of BCBAs I engage with are incredibly talented, educated, and motivated to serve the families in their care.
Cons
It's a startup. If you've worked in one before, you understand the cons. If you haven't, do your own research and speak with employees. :)

Pros
Tilly is filled with hard-working, intelligent people with integrity and positive intent. The product and service solve real problems and address the imbalances that exist within private practices in the ABA field. The vast majority of BCBAs I engage with are incredibly talented, educated, and motivated to serve the families in their care.
Cons
This is more of an observation of the industry; private practice ABA needs to shift its incentive structure to empower BCBAs and drive positive outcomes for clients.
