      Intense but worth the experience

      Pros

      Strong culture of ownership and responsibility. Very committed and dedicated team from leaders to interns. Intense culture, focus on user needs at whatever cost, always trying new things out so you will learn a lot and grow. The key leadership team balance each other well and are good mentors to learn from

      Cons

      It can be too intense and you may feel like you are running a race that you can never finish. Founder is open and compassionate but has crazy high standards in everything and wants everyone to perform at his level.
