There is a good place to learn about Value Add Services Market. About technologies there is a constant desire to find a correct solution to each problem.
Cons
The business plan is not clear, its turn so hard to plan right solutions some times and there is few cleary about EBITDA and bonus plan.

Great Enviroment, start up spirit even after grew, People engaged and very close high management
Cons
Even with the start up spirit as pro , some more goals and process is needed to assure the more focused grow.
