I genuinely love working at Together. I am not posting this as someone who sits in the People Team, I am posting as a colleague and this is reflective of how I really feel. So what do I know. The business is fast paced, ambitious, and full of brilliant people who want to make things happen. If you enjoy taking ownership, pushing forward, and being surrounded by others who do the same, it’s an energising place to be. There are always questions about hybrid working, and Together is very open about expectations from the start (I know as I sit behind the recruitment team and hear them talking to candidates) Being on-site is central to how we collaborate, stay connected, and keep up the pace. Hybrid working suits some people, and that’s completely valid — but this environment is built around in-person teamwork, and it works best when that’s what you’re looking for. What keeps me excited about the future is knowing the organisation recognises where it can be better. Management capability is an area that needs strengthening, and the commitment to improving it is real and already underway. It gives me confidence that we’re building a healthier, more consistent experience for everyone. Together is a place for people who want to grow, contribute, and be part of something meaningful. It’s not for everyone — and that’s okay. But if you thrive on connection, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose, you’ll find incredible people here who bring out the best in you.
