Pros
The company provided many different supports to all the employees during the Pandemic. Company started to provide PPE when CDC guideline had not announced yet in the state. They care the employees just like they were the own family. Everyone in Top Greener is so friendly and I am so glad to work within this group of positive thinking people. In this size of company, you barely could find one that give away full benefits package.
Cons
This is a young company, there is still room from Good to Great. There are partners from different time zoom, need to consider time to time meeting to meet the need of business operation.

Great staff, including me! ;-D Everyone is a pleasure to be around. Very fast paced; as a growing company, there's just so much going on in every department. Through the pandemic, this team stepped it up several notches, even while many were working remotely. I'm honored to be a part of this team of fun, creative, and caring professionals!
Cons
Small language barrier/ time zone; Lot's of interaction with teams/ vendors internationally so being multilingual is definitely a plus!
