      Pros

      Experienced, empathetic and communicative executive and senior leadership. The strategic direction is thoughtful and the company is executing well. Wonderfully curious and generous people with fantastic cross-functional energy. Significant skills development opportunities, particularly in the area of AI. Good performance is recognized and rewarded. And to top it off, the mission is one anyone can get behind.

      Cons

      Nothing substantial. Perhaps growth is more difficult in this industry than in other tech sectors, but the flip side is that growth is more robust.
