      Had free snacks and a discount

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment staff and management just hangout rather than work. There is laidback but this was just careless.

      Pros

      The owners/managers are great. Treat everybody with respect, have offsite events like pool parties and bowling. Pay is better than other similar jobs. They screen the applicants so most of the other employees do a pretty good job, too. We get performance bonuses when we score well on "mystery shoppers", too.

      Cons

      It is not a career for most that are going to college and getting degrees, but great job while in school. I guess it will be a career for some, but not the college students. It is a yogurt shop after all.
