      Pros

      - Amazing flexibility, no requirement to go to the office and you can work from ANYWHERE you want, as long as there are no conferences (for sales team) - Best people you will ever meet, making office environment light and fun when more people show up. - Free drinks and often paid lunches. - opportunity to learn from many different teams - management always happy to feedback and they are very open about business as a whole. - Great work/ life balance

      Cons

      Low pay for sales, mainly compared to other companies. No benefits like health insurance and whatnot - but honestly the flexible working trumps everything for me.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people you'll ever work with. Genuinely care about their customers, providing an astounding level of service. Extremely flexible - work from home, or travel to the office. Up to you. You're also in charge of your own calendar and lots of flexibility there. Opportunity for work trips to Portugal to meet the team there. Lots of responsibility from early on if you're up for it. Extremely helpful and inclusive team around you. Paid team lunches in the office if everyone is in the office! Team and management and founders are always open to feedback on how to improve product or internal processes. Everyone has a voice and is listened to.

      Cons

      Heading into new markets so sometimes product and functionality isn't where it needs to be just yet. However, Product team are always upgrading and enhancing. so whatever isn't available now, will be in the next year. Occasionally have to work overtime or late into evenings to accommodate for customers in different time zones.
