      The tech team reached maturity and is delivering amazing things. You're surrounded by competent hard working individuals. The daily tasks are pretty diverse: from supporting the existing product to developing new features or completely new products.

      Cons

      You can still see the historical marks of a startup. That means a lot of things happen at once, the pace is quite high and there's always the feeling the teams are understaffed.
