      Pros

      Great laid back atmosphere and culture. Hard work eventually pays off with decent raises. Bonus opportunities are nice. Management are all great people and always have your back. Not any place better to work for entry level engineers.

      Cons

      Starting salaries could be a lot better. Average health insurance. Not really any room to advance or be promoted in most departments. High volume production engineering work. Will be stuck and not able to advance your career very much, even if you’re one of the best.
