One of the standout aspects of the culture is how supportive and collaborative everyone is. People are always willing to lend a hand, share their knowledge, and help each other succeed. Since joining, I have felt nothing but welcomed, supported, and empowered to contribute. There is also a strong culture of recognition, with positive contributions celebrated and acknowledged across the business. It's rewarding to work in an environment where great work doesn't go unnoticed. Perhaps most importantly, there is genuine access to the company's founders and leadership team.
