Pros
Management is well structured. Paid Breaks Schedule hours based on your needs. If you're in college this is the best company to work with because they base their schedule on your needs and they are never unfair. You can use the entire facility for FREE. They provide fruit and other food for free. Lounge for employees is phenomenal. TV's and a computer to do homework. If you finish everything you have to do you are allowed to do homework and study.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. As long as you do the right thing its pretty sweat working here.
