-Very innovative product and international expansion, so the mission is challenging and rewarding -Tns of opportunities to work on varied projects, expand your skills and responsibilities, and overall create a path that fits your career aspirations -Senior management is very supportive and engaged in each employee's success -A pleasure to come to work: work-life balance is great and the atmosphere always welcoming
Cons
-The company is ambitious and expects a lot of its hires, so be prepared to handle the pace and learn fast: you might sometimes feel like you are asked to jump before you know how to fly, which takes a certain mindset -There is a lot of change happening which can get confusing: you have to adapt and can't get too comfortable with the way things are at one point in time

Pros
Training Orchestra has a solution which is needed in the corporate learning space. It saves companies money, and makes them money -- the ideal combination. The company is established but is growing in the US so there are lots of opportunities to contribute and help with awareness and sales growth. Exciting times!
