A lot of opportunity for advancement, promotes a culture of learning. Knowledgeable peers to learn from. Management team who readily takes input from team members.

Cons

Suppose this happens in most organisations, however some low performers that don’t pull their weight. With a large WFH team it can be difficult to identify and address soon enough.

An employer that's very supportive of personal development, providing paid external training whenever you want. Lots of opportunities for internal advancements and promotions. Recently introduced flexible start and end times which is awesome! Competitive pay packages and incentives for high performance. Good work/life balance with no expectation for overtime hours.
