Pros

Flex Scheduling, remote work w/ Company Provided Equipment, awesome coworkers, mindful managers, bonuses, onsite luncheons (if you're close by).

Cons

Fast paced, but if you're a hard worker you'll be ok. Like riding a bike, Once you got it, you got it.

Pros

Being in a smaller family owned company has its benefits. In my department I am given opportunities that can help me expand my knowledge in the IT field. I also enjoy the fact that we are given the freedom to recommend things that may help the company and ourselves.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that not enough people come in the office. It would be nice to see more faces in the building.

Thank you for sharing your opinion of Trans International! Now that we are all working remotely, I am unsure of how to entice people to stop by for a walk through. They seem to be enjoying their Remote Work Option. I hate that you did not get to have the full TI Experience with everyone in the office and CMO's (Chief Morale Officers) keeping the office entertained with lunch time activities and workday morale boosting shenanigans. Going forward, we will work on incorporating some of those things for the staff that is onsite. Thanks again for giving your feedback.
