      Pros

      Because they are a family owned company, they understand the importance of family values so you can maintain a work/life balance. The CEO treats you like family, and the leadership team do care for their employees on a one a one basis.

      Cons

      Have to be willing to keep up with the changes. But that comes with any growing company.

      Always have steady work, family oriented, management seems really care about you. They call me by name. You won't find a better trucking company in this area. Top notch.
