Pros

You will not find a more encouraging sales environment. Everyone is happy to help which I have never had this type of sales environment previously. The upper staff is also available and the training is unmatched. I’ve seen people come through that just didn’t see the opportunity TransNational offers, and I feel sorry for them. This is payment processing done the right way, but you have to work for it. This is not a job, it’s a career of helping people who don’t want your help because they don’t know they need your help. Additionally, the ways to get paid is absolutely endless. Again, you just have to work for it. This company does not fail its employees, the employees that do not apply themselves fail themselves. Career minded individuals will succeed here. This is not your get rich quick job, and lying is highly discouraged. TransNational has been digging itself out of the hole that the payment processing industry has put it in. You will not find a more family oriented company. Great benefits Awesome upper level management Incredible owner

Cons

There is a high turn over here specifically because most people who come through think that working for TransNational is a job and meant to make money quickly. That is not the case. If you are not the type to truly apply yourself, this is not for you. This career is not for everyone. If you need something for quick sustainable cash, go work at a restaurant. TransNational probably does the processing for it. Not for short term success This isn’t the most advanced company in the industry because TransNational is entirely in house. Cold calling

Pros

Hours, life balance, PAY STRUCTURE, benefits, incentives, environment, staff support. Absolutely everything. Everyone helps each other hit their goals. I've never worked within a place that takes care of their employees like TransNational does. Imagine getting paid for that extra effort, that extra 20 minutes you put in at the end of a shift; imagine getting paid well but even extra for doing what you came to do anyways. Imagine actually enjoying going to work. That's what TN provides.

Cons

The only real con I can think of is it not for the one who seeks instant gratification. You need patience in order to make it, the training team and managers will put you in the right direction and help you every step of the way to success but don't think your walking in and striking gold without putting in effort. It's a real sales position and requires true effort but pays off nicely to those willing to grind to full potential
