Pros

I Became very good at sales learned a lot from leadership and Tunde He was very hard on me and the team and help me mold myself into the business professional I am today. I also loved the competition between leaders to produce the most applications per day and week.

Cons

I lived in Murrieta at the time and was working long hour days, I starting to fall asleep while I was driving home after breaking down my day and joining leadership meetings at the end of the day and other issues I had while out in the field which resulted to my departure from the company . I still wish I completed the management training program !! but I used the knowledge I learned to Earn a 6 Figure income by the age of 21.

Able to make as much compensation as you desire, as long as you are dedicated, hardworking & open-minded to all obstacles. Paid every Friday plus Game night to build relationships with our team!! Everyone is super friendly, from colleagues to management. Tunde & Mike are great managers, always so motivating & pushing you to your best performance and abilities.

Cons

Entry level is between 8-9 hour shifts, but definitely worth it because you get what you put in.

I have been a part of Transcendance Inc for half a year and I have seen personal and professional growth in myself over that period of time. They teach and train you and emphasize that you strive to be the best you, that you can be and put your best foot forward.

Cons

Not really a con but there are some long long nights but every friday they take you out to eat or get pizza for the whole team
