      Pros

      Transmit Security is in the Identification and Authentication Management business and it's kinda cool and very exciting. But I'm not here to talk about that. I wanted to post about the amazing team of people who have joined at this stage and the journey we're all on together. What a cool crowd of professionals. What very cool crowd of people. Everyone is so authentic, focused and dedicated. Never too busy to help. We've been able to create this culture as the platform from which we will grow. It's is going to be amazingly successful.

      Cons

      We are a global company in its early days. Internal processes are being ironed out. Messaging is getting supper hot. Org structure is dialed in. Our name is becoming known. It's a journey.
