      Stable company with continuous steady growth, clear line of sight to upper management. Entrepreneurial mindset of ownership and key staff leads to diverse workplace.

      Cons

      Growing company suffering through normal pains associated with. That include being able to attract and retain additional workforce to supplement core groups

      Most of the mid management and production staff are excellent to work with. Great potential for members ownership family

      Cons

      Owners and Management communicates poorly together and often contradicts each other.. Job description for employees are often diluted by the many collateral responsibilities. Treating others as second class citzens seems to be a prerequisite for leadership positions. Currnet Plant Manger micro manages Neoptism has the inside track for promotions and biiger paychecks
