Only in my individual situation existed a greater challenge in selling a third tier city like Raleigh, run and based there with no physical presence in NE. Although technology makes servicing between provider and client a non issue, New York is already a crowded competitive arena where buyers won’t consider a source that can more easily be found locally.
Cons are really non existent.
No awareness how the acquisition of 8 months ago had influenced the company. I believe the pattern is hands off and make changes later. Don’t fix it, it’s running fine
