Pros

Small company, people extremely friendly and supportive. Just hired Michael Alexin, formerly of Target, to improve the product, catalog, etc. He's great!

Cons

Sometimes difficult because ultimately owned by HSN.

Pros

The people working there are really great, treat you like family. Good relationships between all departments as company is pretty small.

Cons

The management kept changing about every 18 months. Different directional lead each time. Tough to keep the busy fresh and hitting our target audience.
