With being a smaller company, you get the chance to wear multiple hats, learn new skills and roles and you have the potential to change your own career path here. Travers is willing to invest in their employees future. There is a ton of growth opportunity for the company and all of it's employees, if that's what you're interested in. Travers is a family owned company and it maintains a family environment for the employees. Everyone here is willing to step up and help each other out as needed and we all come together at least once a month to have on site lunch parties or cook outs and celebrate together as a team.
