Pros

Great teams and communication, a reasonable amount of meetings without taking up your whole day on Zoom. Consistent updates from execs, and clear layouts of plans and timelines to the best of their ability.

Cons

There is so much to be done for the youth in our state (let alone the country) and it seems like their goals might be a little high right now. They're pushing for more and more progress, but don't seem to have solid footing in the current state of their departments.

Excellent PTO benefits. Direct Managers are great. Autonomy when needed. Option for employer-paid medical. A company that strives to support youth who have experienced foster care.

Cons

Training needs improvement and this company is working hard on increasing training opportunities and structure. The future looks good!
