      the company supports all the employees to learn and take real opportunities to add value and to implement their own ideas and share in decision making even junior employees , CEO always cares about employees interests , and makes sure that they have a comfortable environment , also the company provide a very good package including salary , medical and social insurance

      lack of seniors , difficulties in hiring new people due to bad HR

      Friendly environment, allows for creativity and innovation, no micro management, great opportunities for growth, above average salaries.

      Cons

      Located in a crowded area in Cairo without parking space, only individual medical insurance not family, HR policies need to be more flexible. Other companies may offer higher financial compensation.
