      Pros

      Normal people (rare thing) in regular interaction and work. Performance based increment. Push for hard work. Salary always on time. Its a normal company. No fraud tricks like holding salary or not paying last month salary while leaving or holding joining documents for months. Boon for freshers. Good for experienced. Best in Lucknow. Some people work remotely from other places also.

      Cons

      Its a service based company. If an employment seeker can find a product company then that's better.

      Perfect utilization of skills. Free to present idea. Work environment. Co-operative teammates. Helping Sr. If you are a fresher then defiantly its' going to be the best company in Lucknow to start with.

      No Leave policy. Random salary increment which is biased sometimes.

      Pros

      Trendsetterz transforms my educational skills into working skills and build up my confidence to handle big projects along with coordination of other team members. Seniors are very helpful and never criticizes you in your bad time.
