family owned things happen fast, they listen and have a drive to succeed, all have very different personalities.
Cons
family owned, temper issues, very forward thinking and old fashioned at the same time, confusing but at times it worked.

Co-workers gossip immensely, management lacks professionalism, Easy to increase responsibility- hard to increase salary, Harsh, Too Demanding, Impersonal, most holidays are worked, no holiday party, no employee recognition, turn over rate is high, A lot of reorganization, restructure, downsizing, Stressful,Goals are ridiculous, If the manager does not like you, your career is pretty much over.Constant fear of being laid off or reprimanded.
