      Pros

      Fully Remote job with a great work-life balance. Team leads are very supportive as well as other team members. Everyone is working towards the same goal!

      Cons

      The only one would be this is a remote company, (in my line of work) so interactions are mainly over Teams Video. You have to be comfortable with jumping on video calls.
