- Huge opportunities to learn and grow very quickly with exposure to C-suite stakeholders, PE firm stakeholders, and a variety of industries - The team cares about personal and professional growth and everyone is open to discussing how to align personal growth goals with future projects - Small, close-knit teams nurtured a collaborative environment with plenty of support - Recent growth led to more complex and challenging projects which can be exciting but hard work - Remote work, reasonable work-life balance, and a "work hard, play hard" mentality
Cons
- Growing pains in a small firm as the team adjusts to more projects and right-sizing teams. Discussions were always in the right direction to try to mitigate this risk & avoid overloading teams - Being a smaller boutique requires a decent amount of resourcefulness since there aren't 20 other people who have done something before to give you all the answers

Pros
Treya is a great place to work. The entire team is close-knit, collaborative, kind, hard-working, and bright. Treya team members work closely with C-level client executives and gain exposure to a wide range of industries. There is tremendous opportunity for fast-paced professional growth. We also work from our home offices and pre-Covid, traveled about once a month - the flexibility is great and the limited travel is very manageable.
Cons
The work hours can be long at times (there are peaks and valleys) and some clients can be particularly demanding.
