      No cons so to speak. Getting the kinks worked out is typical for a growing company with a few talented individuals covering two or more roles.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, Great Pay, Huge whiteboard for coordinating, Company [rovided Laptop, Paid parking pass, Gym And Reseraunts available. Very Family oriented. When I was having medical issues with my daughter, CEO Scott Fielder was very supportive. I was able to take as much time as needed and work from home when needed.
