      Pros

      I've been with Triad for 8 years, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've ever worked. The people here are truly exceptional—both my colleagues and the customers we serve. There's a genuine sense of collaboration and camaraderie, which makes every day enjoyable and productive. The leadership team is supportive and encourages growth, I feel valued and appreciated.

      Pros

      Triad is amazing! The best parts are the people and work/life balance. Management is relaxed, understanding and supportive. I work with the best group of people which makes all the difference. And I work in a department that has the benefit of working from home which allows me to be flexible with my schedule. Employee owned. Quarterly bonuses. Friendly atmosphere.
