      Pros

      Working with funeral directors is a joy. Some of the most compassionate and caring people in the world who need help staying up to speed on technology and innovative ways to serve families and save time. Tribute offers fantastic family planning benefits - full IVF coverage for example, unlimited PTO, fully remote. Products and services are top of class. Compensation is fair and opportunity to earn is defiantly on the table. Culture and individuals on the Tribute Team are amazing. Professional, bring a ton of domain knowledge, open to help, and care about our clients/the work they do.

      Cons

      Heavy competition in the market. Not much opportunity for human connection. Teams don't travel to meet and connect in person.

      The leadership listens now. They see the whole picture and not just the numbers behind the scene. It is refreshing to have people who understand the business.
